USEFULNESS OF THIS ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY TO THE TARGET AUDIENCE AND HOW IT WILL PROMOTE THIS ASPECT OF LITERATURE TO CHOSEN AUDIENCE

The titles that have been included in this bibliography cover various aspects of the topic of wonder cats and travelling felines.  In the category of travelling cats, the following titles are recommended:- 'The cat who went to Paris', 'Casper the commuting cat', 'Travelling cat', 'The cat who covered the world', 'Ships' cats in war and peace', 'Mrs Chippy's last expedition' and 'Trim'.  In the category of wonder cats, the following titles are recommended:-  'Cat miracles', 'Paw tracks in the moonlight', 'Homers odyssey', 'Making the rounds with Oscar', 'The cat who came for christmas', 'A street cat named Bob', 'Dewey', 'Wonder cats', 'Psychic cats', 'Cleo', 'Paddy Boy', and 'The cat who came back for christmas'.  One other book, 'Historical cats', has been included as it gives a humourous side to some famous cats.  All the above titles will give the target audience of both adult readers and young adult readers the opportunity to explore the topics of cats who inspire and help their human owners in the genre of non-fiction/biography/memoir.

The blog has been designed to attract animal/cat lovers with the use of a cat themed wallpaper and pictures, with bright eye-catching colours, links to interesting sites and clips.

EXCLUDED ITEM

Dockham, Patricia R. Take a cat abroad : odyssey with cats and the CIA, Adams Press, 1983.
This title looked very interesting, but I could not find any relevant information or reviews to help with the annotation.
